ORDER PROCESSING:

Within Karachi - Please allow 1 to 2 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 working days to let you know your order is on the way!

Across Pakistan outside Karachi - Please allow 2 to 3 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 working days to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP

Address: G1, Shop Florance Archade, North Karachi

Orders can be picked up if you let us know your preference at the time of order. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

DELIVERY

Orders placed before 3:00 pm can be delivered the same day depending on your location in Karachi. Orders placed after 3 pm will be delivered the next day.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 3 working days using 3rd Party Carrier. A flat rate shipping fee, starting from Rs. 250/- (it may vary within Karachi and across Pakistan) applies to orders shipping to your location. Optional: We do not ship outside of Pakistan at this time.

​​REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus (deducting) the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@svbazaar.pk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
